The Nine Dimensions of Self: Integration Psychotherapy 2 Day Workshop

Through the Lens of Constellations

16-17th June 2026

Pilamaya Centre for Integration Psychotherapy (PCIP)

Through decades of study across metaphysical thought, particle and quantum physics, yogic science, and psychological lineages including attachment theory, ProcessWork, Jungian psychology, and transpersonal approaches, a larger lens has emerged for exploring the human system – the Nine Dimensions Model, revealing interconnected dimensions from body to unity. This expanded view offers access to aspects of ourselves that remain hidden when working through narrower frameworks, creating a coherent multidimensional understanding of consciousness, resonance, and healing.

Using constellation methodology, we’ll experientially map this territory, learning to recognise which dimension holds the key to healing in any moment whilst understanding the system as a dynamic, geometric form unique to each individual – always seeking harmony and coherence, constantly shifting to accommodate consciousness as it moves and changes.

This is the first time the Nine Dimensions Model is being offered as a standalone 2-day immersive workshop to therapists outside the Integration Psychotherapy diploma programme. The framework that Shaura has taught within the longer training and holds in her clinical work is now made accessible as an intensive foundational exploration.

The Nine Dimensions of Self Model

Our model has been formulated to work with the whole person, not just symptoms, and trust that healing knows its own pathway. The system is understood as a dynamic, geometric form unique to each individual – constantly seeking harmony and coherence, shifting and reorganising to accommodate consciousness as it moves.

The nine dimensions represent interconnected aspects of human experience:

Physical & Relational (D1-D2): Body and environment as foundation
Mental (D3-D5): Conscious, subconscious, and unconscious minds
Energetic & Spiritual (D6-D9): Energy, wisdom, being, and unity

These are not hierarchical layers but resonant fields operating simultaneously, each informing and influencing the others.

Understanding these dimensions allows you to:

  • Recognise where clients are stuck
  • Work at the level where healing can actually occur
  • Move beyond single-modality limitations
  • Support the system’s natural movement towards integration and wholeness
  • Attune to which dimension needs attention in any moment

What Makes This Approach Different?

A framework large enough to hold all lineages
Rather than privileging one psychological or spiritual tradition, the Nine Dimensions Model creates space for our collective understanding across disciplines – from ancient wisdom to contemporary science.

Dynamic, not diagnostic
Views the human system as constantly seeking harmony and coherence, rather than focusing on pathology or what’s broken. Each person’s dimensional configuration is unique, requiring responsive rather than formulaic intervention.

Experientially grounded through constellation work
Abstract concepts become tangible and immediately applicable through embodied constellation methodology, allowing practitioners to feel and sense dimensional dynamics rather than just intellectualise them.

Reveals what narrower lenses miss
Working across all nine dimensions simultaneously offers access to material and healing pathways that remain invisible when operating from single-modality frameworks.

Respects resonance as the organising principle
Recognises that reality operates through resonant fields, and that therapeutic work succeeds when we align with the system’s natural movement towards wholeness rather than imposing external structures.

Who Is This For?

This workshop welcomes:

Psychotherapists and counsellors seeking multidimensional frameworks that reveal what single-modality approaches miss

Somatic therapists wanting to understand how body-based work connects to consciousness, energy, and the unified field

Yoga therapists bridging ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary psychological understanding

Healthcare professionals working with complex presentations where narrower frameworks feel insufficient

Anyone trained in therapeutic practice curious about expansive models that honour the full territory of human experience

No prerequisites required. This workshop provides essential foundation for all Integration Psychotherapy training and enhances whatever therapeutic modality you currently practise.

What You'll Learn

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need previous experience with constellation work?
A: No. We’ll teach the constellation methodology during the workshop. It’s used as a tool for making the nine dimensions tangible and experiential rather than abstract theory.

Q: Is this primarily theoretical or practical?
A: 80% experiential. Whilst there’s a substantial theoretical framework (decades of synthesis across multiple disciplines), you’ll spend most of your time in constellation exercises and somatic exploration that makes the dimensions felt and understood through direct experience.

Q: Can I use this framework without completing the full Integration Psychotherapy diploma?

A: Absolutely. The Nine Dimensions Model enhances whatever therapeutic modality you currently practise. This 2-day workshop serves as both standalone professional development and as foundation for those wanting to go deeper. We’ll be offering extended CPD programmes for practitioners who wish to truly understand and embody the model in their work – starting with a 4-day immersive deep dive. Details to be announced.

Q: How does this relate to the Gazespotting workshop?
A: Gazespotting is one technique within Integration Psychotherapy. The Nine Dimensions Model provides the broader framework that contextualises how and why techniques like gazespotting work across multiple levels of the system simultaneously. Many practitioners find value in both workshops.

Q: This sounds quite abstract – will I actually understand how to apply it clinically?
A: The constellation methodology prevents it remaining abstract. You’ll experientially map each dimension through your own somatic and relational experience, learning to recognise dimensional dynamics in real time. The focus is on developing practical discernment about which dimension needs attention in any therapeutic moment.

Q: Is this suitable for practitioners outside psychotherapy?
A: Yes. Yoga therapists, somatic practitioners, and healthcare professionals working therapeutically all find the framework valuable. It provides a coherent map for understanding the full territory of human experience across physical, psychological, energetic, and consciousness dimensions.

Your facilitator

Shaura Hall is a yoga therapist, and neurosomatic psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in the helping traditions. She is the founder of The Pilamaya Centre, Course Director of the Professional Diploma in Integration Psychotherapy, and architect of the Nine Dimensions Model for Integration Psychotherapy.

The Nine Dimensions framework emerged through decades of study across metaphysical thought, particle and quantum physics, yogic science, and psychological disciplines including attachment theory, ProcessWork, Jungian psychology, and transpersonal approaches. This synthesis – grounded in direct clinical and contemplative experience – creates a coherent model expansive enough to hold our collective understanding of consciousness, resonance, and healing across lineages and disciplines.

Shaura brings together ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary neuroscience in a uniquely integrative approach. Her work is distinguished by deep somatic awareness, rigorous attention to neuroscience, and profound respect for the body’s innate healing intelligence.

Her teaching style is warm, grounded, and experiential – creating spaces where practitioners develop genuine understanding whilst feeling safe to explore and question.

We do not hold another human being through technique alone. We hold them through presence, humility and the willingness to keep learning.
